New cnc machine

Hi, well today i cut some chips on my second CNC mill, homemade. Its made from a "z"3 inch travel spindle assembly and motor spindle from Paul Jones," Cnc on a Budget" and a 2 axis iron table with 5 by 8 inch travel, also cnc'ed by Paul Jones.
Driven by his 4 amp cmos driver boards. Steppers are x,y 3.5 volt 1 amp and z is 6 volt 1 amp..The frame is 2x4 wood, just a mock-up for the welded frame to be built later. Power supply is 22 volt ac, 10 amps, unloaded dc volts is 30 and running is 24 volts dc. x,y axis stepper is 3 to 1 belt and screws are all
1/2-10 right acme. cul brian f.
