Hi Bob,
I have some motors like that (from eBay:deepgroove1). You can run
them with my drive, see:

You can run them in series at full amp rating(1.75A = 100% max). Or
you can run them slightly derated in parallel rating(2.5A = ~70%
max). I have run them in parallel and got excellent results (much
better than series) with a 24V power supply, but a fan is required
for the drive.
Although the max for my drive is 35V, this is absolute max, while
typical running max is 90% of that, or about 30V. 24V power supplies
are readily available, see the following for some switching supplies:
