This guy really has some clever designs.
You are talking about the Nut loaded with oversized balls,
yes I think this may be the way to go, it is a methode
that will create to most Backlash free solution I believe.

Even so a screw like this will probably not roll as smooth
as the springloaded doublenut.
Question is would they hold up over time?
Do you know who makes them?
