What kind of "Round" connectors?

if you are talking about the PC keyboard type, I've simply used old
keyboards, local thrift shops have a ton, and they are priced at a buck
or two.

I like the coil type, and the fact the one end already has a nice
clean connector in place worked great on projects I used them on.


General wire, is a bit broader.
The surplus electronics places usually have it, but I prefer to look
at what I'm buying first.

Do you have any local surplus/junk stores?

The only Chain type store everybody in the U.S. would probably have,
would be rat shack, and you've already done that.

A local suggestion, would probably be best.
