Bobby, collector of stepper motor

Hv been collecting stepper motor for the past 15 years with tons of
it. Nema 42 only few pcs, Nema 34 >100 pcs. Nema 23 havin few 100+.
Hv plenty of suplus supply in this tiny island in Singapore.
I bought 60 pcs SUPERIOR M092 STEP MOTOR at a good bargain which was
dismantled from telecommunication equipments, It is about 10 to 20
years old motor. 30 pcs were found having faulty bearing.
Superior electric M092-fc09/FD 2.5v, 4.6A hold 300 oz.in, 3/8" shaft.
When dismantling Stepper motor ensure to put the motor in a big
plastic pan to protect metal dusts from being sucked by the magnet.
After changing both bearing, Do a burn in test using gecko 210 mounted
on a 4"x2"x8"heatsink set at half step , Use Turbo CNC,set max. speed
at 20kpps run it on a 1000 mm travel slide with 20 mm ballscrew pitch
& run it for 2 hours non stop. After that i can hold the motor for 5
seconds, it shows that it's not so hot.
Step motor speed 3000 rpm, Linear speed at 2,362 inch per minute

will do more step motor speed test for VEXTA PK2913,EASTER AIR
DEVICES, API COMPUTMOTOR,PACI-SCI & use various drivers

Cheers
