Power Supply Dump Circuit

Hi,

I drew up a printed circuit layout for the "Power Supply.pdf" in the
files section. This circuit dynamically breaks servomotors to a stop
during e-stop, protects stepper and servo drives against returned
energy damage and discharges the power supply capacitor in a 1/4
second when the power is turned off. It should cost less than $5 to
build. I am making it available for free to anyone who wants to build
it.

The file "Power Supply.zip" contains the gerber files necessary to
build a printed circuit board of this circuit. The board is 1.75" by
1.75" and is single-sided. All parts are thru-hole.

If you use ACAD14 or ACAD2000, pick up their free gerber converter as
well (Autogerb 3). It's probably the best gerber converter ever made.
