I saw a Rhino version 1.0 for sale at Half Price Books. It came with
the manual and the software. Perhaps you can find something similar!
(Rhino is up to version 3.0) Personally, I think its awesome.
[If it came with the CD key as well, then I can update it for you to version
3.0 for $245. Rhino 1.0 was good, but progress has been made in the last few
years...]
