we need some help with SUPERCAM THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi we have a cnc milling machine it came with supercam and
mps2000..........we need to know how to set it so that when u cut
stuff out on supercam it does it on the outside of the line not on
the center of the line cause its cutting out the wrong
sizes.............please help thanks
