There is no facility in SuperCam for defining a tool offset, so the only
option you have is to allow for the cutter diameter when you draw the
toolpath. So, you need to offset the lines you draw by 1/2 of the cutter
diameter.

If you are importing DXF from a drawing package, it pays to choose a
package that will allow you to automatically generate offsets from an
existing line. That way, you can draw the toolpath actual size, then
relatively quickly generate from it a copy with the lines offset by the
requisite amount. A pain in the a$$, but doable.

If you use MPS2000 (which is a G-code interpreter), you would need to use a
CAD/CAM package that can generate G-code from your drawings - candidates at
the more affordable end of the market would include Dolphin Partmaster,
Vector, DesKam, DeskCNC.
