What post-processor to use for Visual-Mill Free?

I was going to generate my first code for my router I built. I'm using
visual mill free and I don't know what post processer to use, I was going to
use general but didn't know if that is right. I'm using gecko 201's and
Axxus Controller and using Turbo CNC to process.
