[Master5] Z axis problem on MACH2 when X axis is in use

I was testing my new stepper motor/drive setup today with MACH2. I
was tweeking the motor velocity and acceleration curves and saving.
On testing the X axis for velocity (in positive direction), all of a
sudden (after about 20 seconds) the Z axis stepper started moving (in
positive direction).
This was repeatable after about 20 seconds of X axis movement. Any
ideas (its pretty scary)?
This has repeated itself again today
BTW, if an output pin is used as an enable line and also as an
activation pin, an E-Stop apparently does not disable it.
