I started the conversion on my Dyna Myte, Got my motor mounts made and
bought some pulleys and a belt. Enough for one axis until I try it out. Damn
pulleys and belts are expensive. Enclosed is a pic of the Y axis with a
servo motor attached. On the mounts I made, the motor moves left and right
about .3" for adjusting the belt tension. I bought a 1/4" belt instead of a
3/8" by mistake, and will change that once it's done. Hooked up a DC supply
to the motor and it moves really smooth. Next I'll buy more belts and
pulleys and do the other 2 axis' then buy some more Geckos to run it.
