New to the Group with lots of questions

I am new to the group so please excuse what might seem like dumb
questions. I am currently in the market to buy a benchtop 4 axis
mill and I don't know where to start. I don't know what mill to
buy, and I don't know what CAM software to use. I have a few CAD
packages so I don't need any help in that area, but I need help in
the other two.

I have been looking at the Taig and MaxNC mills, but I don't even
know where to start as far as CAM software. I want something that
is capable of machining in four axes. I want something that allows
you to store tool information, allowing for roughing and finishing
passes, allows for the milling of the top and bottom (possibly sides
as well) of parts, and that allows me to select and/or edit the
cutting order/paths. As always cost is a big factor.

I want an all in one package (or at least parts that are meant to
work together). I will purchase them seperately if I have to. Can
you guys help? What software packages do you like? What 4 axis
benchtop mills do you like?
