Phoenix-EZ CNC Wood Lathe ?

Hi, I'm new to this group. I recently purchased a used Phoenix-EZ CNC
wood lathe that I believe was built in the early 90's. The original
software was DOS based. I wasn't able to obtain manuals or floppy
disks with the unit. It came with a 383 based computer with the
software already loaded. Is there anyone in the group that has any
experience or info regarding this cnc lathe? I would ideally like to
update the lathe so it can be run in a windows environment (Win98).
Don't know if it would need a different controller and if it would be
possible. Any help would be appreciated.
