The guy's name is Jon Hollcraft and he is also the webmaster at

I bought three 60mm motors from him a couple of months ago and he
appears to be a legitimate, factory authorized distributor. When I got
the motors, they were missing the wire connectors. I called Hollcraft
and he had the connectors overnighted directly from the Sanyo factory
- no additional cost to me.

I am reluctant to put anybody's phone number in a public forum, but if
you email him, you should get his number or have him call you.
I think you can also get contact info if you fill out and send the
quotation form. I believe you will find him to be as advertised.
