Three axis milling machine with 4th axis rotary table for cuting out rings

Greetings to all .

I am new to you group and have started taking interest in CNC machines.

I am planning to buy one three axis milling machine with Rotary table as
4th axis..

So I can cut relief models as well as rings. I need help in selecting a
durable CNC milling machine with good accuracy , mainly for cutting

out wax and aluminum.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
