G03 Problem?

I'm having a slight problem with G03 commands. The commands are
working fine for me in TurboCNC. The problem I have is I like to
preview the part being cut in CNCSimulator and this program always
stops when it reaches a G03 command (strangely the G02's work!).
I've tried e-mailing the company but got no response.
I understand there are two formats for the G02 and G03 commands. I
always used the format that contains an endpoint and a radius. CNC
simulator comes with a demo NC file that contains the other format
G03 commands (an endpoint and I, J and K) and it works fine with
these. I guess the simpleist soloution for me is to use the other
format. Can somebody explain what the I, J and K values represent?
Any help in either make the endpoint/radius format work, or
explaining how to use the I,J,K format would be greatly appreciated.
