Shifting Zero?

I want my mill to machine a part, then move along the X axis, reset
X to zero, and machine the exact same thing again. I have the code
to do the first one but I need to find a way to shift the zero point
for each part in order to sucsessfully copy and paste the code. I
did some quick reasearch on this and it seems like G92 would be used
but this does not seem to work with TurboCNC. Can somebody give me
some advice on where to go from here? I know I can paste the code
and just add a certain value to each X position but i'm trying to
avoid this. Please help me out as to how to reset the zero points.
Is G92 uncompatable with TurboCNC or is it just the wrong code to
use? Thanks in advance.
