Sure,

First, you need the software that generate pulses: you have plenty of
choices: Master 5, CNC Pro, Turbo CNC, Mach 1 etc.

Second, you need the drivers to read your pulses: Geckodrive, Xylotex. etc.

Third, you need the motors to convert the pulses into mechanical motion:
Steppers/ servos motor.

Fourth: you should have the machine.

Personally, I use CNC Pro and Geckodrive. check out this website:
www.yeagerautomation.com. Ask for Doug Fortune.
