Re: cnc &dro's

I noticed that there seems to be a need for software to read encoders mount
on a
mill or lathe for a dro.

I'm now using Mach2 from www.artofcnc.ca to read my jenix glass scales.

If you download the program and read the pdf file you can connect your scales
to the parrallel port of your pc.

I can post the screen file that i use with program or you can create your
own.

You can also run your cnc machine using Mach2. If you need more info on the
program you can check out the master5 yahoo group.
