Can't get into a folder in the Files section

I know why. DHylands_99 must have hit "cut" after creating the folder,
or perhaps the moderator did it. It moves the folder to the "paste"
buffer, which means it shows up at the top of every folder including
the root, but no one but DHylands_99 or the moderator can open it.

I'm dying to know what is in there. Could the moderator or DHylands_99
please fix this? You should be able to do so by simply going to the
Files area and look for the button that says "Paste". No one else can
do it.
