Doug,
I was given an AHC, the hydraulic precursor to the HNC. I was told it
weighed about 3500 lbs, so assumed the 4000lb capacity trailer I rented
would be more than enough. Well after getting the lathe loaded I noticed
the wheels canted in a very noticable amount. I can spot that trailer
around town still, apparently bent the axle.
Either that lathe was more than 4000lbs or the trailer isn't really
rated for 4000lbs. They are -heavy- though.
