Well, I'm at work nursing a mild hangover from yesterday's 4th of
July bash we had.

Ursula, the evil and malevolent pick and place sits dismantled in a
corner, having been permanently replaced by the Zevatech FS-730. My
nightmare is she will re-assemble herself like the Terminator and
come back to menace me.

The G2002 boards are running on the SMT line right now. That's why
I'm here; Sunday was the only time to squeeze them in. In about
another 2 hours I will have 100 board-sets (100 mobos, 300 axis
cards) stuffed and baked.

I've also finished the "bean counting" to get a $199 price for a 3-
axis unit. Additional axis cards (max of 3) look like $49. This beats
the original target.

The REV10 version of the G201 goes to the board fabricators tomorrow.
This is a minor revision that addresses some ease of manufacturing
issues.

Finally the G240 (bullet proof G201) goes out for proto boards.
Unfortunately I can't breadboard these circuits. They require boards
from which one finds mistakes and learns what is needed to make
production ready units. Almost certainly there will be several pre-
production revisions.

Finally, we are approaching the 2,000 units per month level. This
requires growing the supply chain, testing, assembly and shipping
without impacting QC and customer support. This adds effort up and
above just manufacturing.
