Horizontal lathe (KAROOSEL)

hello everybody:

I have an horizontal lathe(KAROOSEL),made in USSR ,
model : 1516 F 1423 1985.

and the electronic(NC system) and electrical component of this
machine was damaged and my machine was died.
Is there any body over there to help me to find Its service manual
to repair it myself becouse I am an electronic Eng. and repaired
some other machines.

please help me.
