Endmill holder nomenclature

Whent looking for some endmill holders on Ebay today and found
some "NMTB 40 taper" holders (I know my 4J head uses these) and I
also found some listed as "40 taper" that appeared identical. Are
these holders the same? Just another way of saying the same thing?
