Plunge EDM / Hole burner project

We have been asked to consider adding a plunge EDM, hole/tap burner
system to our product line. Preliminary specs of the project are
100v @ 10 amps, with step and direction output for one axis (Z),
packaged in an ATX sized enclosure. Self contained unit would have
internal logic for spark control, feed rates, and total depth to
burn. No X-Y positioning. Under $1000 price range for introductory
product price.
