Converting 3-in-1 Machines to CNC

Hello Group,
I was wondering if anyone here has had any luck converting a 3-in-1
Type machine over to CNC?
I have a machine that is sold by Busy Bee (Canada)and am thinking
about trying to convert it over.
I am a newbie to the group and am reading all I can. But could
certainly use the advice.
