From what I read, I interpret it as, 2/3rd or 1/3rd the motor amperage sum
(for half or full winding). See first page, paragraph 2.

Lloyd: Yes on VDC. The "I" is current, but I am not sure if the "2/3"
applies, here. Mariss will probably clear this up when he gets back from
the
Bahamas.
