The idea I had bouncing around in my head was to throw together a fairly
high resolution wax "print head" using a small orifice ,heater(hot glue
gun),
and small solenoid(dot matrix print head possibly?) to shoot little droplets
of wax onto the layers
a hollow shell as thin as I would hope to get (big hope) would not survive
handling, one solution could be to fill in the interior with a low density
lattice or honeycomb as it was built up or to make thicker walls
just some things I was daydreaming about
