Yes. This must be using freqmod.o, which simulates a servo system.
Certain step resolutions tend to rattle between two positions. There is
a deadband parameter in the .ini file. Set this to some small value, like
0.001 (one thousandth of an inch) and the singing should stop.
There will be a deadband setting for each axis.
