Recommendations for CNC lathe

Dear List members:
I am interested in purchasing CNC lathe. What recommendations
can you make as far as one that is relatively small and reasonable?
I am looking at the Haas TL-1 and the ROMI M17. What other lathes
in this price range are worth looking at? I can buy either new
or used.
