removing a chuck

Simple way to remove a chuck from a hand drill. Remove the center
screw, as others have mentioned this is Left handed thread (righty
tighty, lefty loosey does not apply). These screws are usually "torx"
and some have tamper proof heads.
Then chuck the biggest allen wrench in the chuck that will fit
(3/8") small end in the chuck. Now smack the protruding end of the
allen key with a hammer. This one is right hand thread. Off comes the
chuck.
