The adaptors fit a flat nema 23 motor mount and should fit Maxnc,
Taig, or Sherlines. The adaptor plate is bolted to the existing
motor mount, then the motor is bolted onto the adaptor. The motors
have flats for setscrews.

On a Sherline, rapids of around 30 ipm in X & Y and about 25 in Z.
That's with our powersupply kit which puts out just over 25Vdc at 110
Vac input. Theoretical top end is around 40 ipm with a 30 Vdc supply.
This depends a lot on the mechanicals of the mill, backlash, screw
wear, gib tightness, lubrication, etc.
