EMC Stepper Calibration???

Dear Group,

I have installed EMC and am able to get the stepper motors to turn
but the distance of travel does not compare with what EMC is
displaying.

I am using freqmod.o and Stepping Type = 0
I wish to use mm for measurement!

For example

When EMC displays 1mm of movement the X axis moves about 5 inches.
How do I calibrate EMC to match physical movement to that of
displayed movement.
