GM Group, I hope you are all doing well and getting ready to eat
turkey, watch football and grab a nap. I want to take a second here
to wish all in the group a Happy Thanksgiving and wish you all the
best of the holiday season. In reading the various postings here I
realized that we are at different levels of knowledge in machining
and machine shop practices. That is why I added a couple of new
links at the bottom of my webpage that may be of interest to some of
you. One in particular is all about the basics and a great reference
for all of us. That one is Machininst.org and another is American
Machinist that has a bunch of info. about cutting charts and machine
tools. Finally MfgQuotes.com is a place that you can look for
prospects and jobs. Even with my machinist background I found the
first two sites are full of info. that I guess I forgot along the
way of doing business. Please take a look, give me some feedback and
share your thoughts. Have a great turkey day.
Regards,
Tom
