If the shafts are different diameter, you may need to make a tight fitting
sleeve for the shaft/pulley fit. I had to do this when I installed servos on
mine.
Be very careful on alignment of the pulley on the shaft so it aligns properly
with the belt and larger pulley. When installing 'servos, I had to make a
mounting plate adapter, so it took careful measurements to get pulley aligned
with the belt. Think it out....................
