I'm ready to start lookng for steppers to be used on a 10" Rockwell
lathe. For now I will be using Acme screws, 8TPI on Z and 10TPI on X,
untill I can come up with ball screws. Gecko 201 or 210 (which is a
better choice) for drivers. TurboCNC for software. What should I be
looking for in the way of steppers as to size, holding power, current
and voltage? Are these the questions I should be asking. Thanks, John
