They state that there is a five year activation code for "downloads prior
to 12/3/03"

I've been playing around with this program for a while, and it looks
good. I had downloaded ver 8
a while back, but when I checked today, I found there was a later version
available for download.

Now, I am wondering if by downloading the later version, that the five year
activation code is no available.

To compound the problem, I forgot my password and exceeded the number of
tries and they froze my account.

I opened a new account, but now question whether the new on will allow the
five year activation?????

I sent a "help me' to the support group there today.. I'll see what happens
and report back. In any case, I'm only out
a bit of my time, no money. And as they say, you can't kick a gift horse"
