What is the voltage and frequency setting of the VFD when this
happens?
Can you run some other 240 V 3-Phase motor with the same VFD?
You are concentrating on the motor, when the setup of the VFD may be
the problem. Do you have the programmer unit (keypad and display) and
programming book for the VFD? What is the rating of this VFD?
equivalent sine voltage and current that it is supposed to synthesize.
