5th axis design

I am new to CNC and I am in the process of building my first CNC
machine. At the same time, I am trying to design a 5-th axis
attachment. I used Solidworks to develop a CAD design. I have created
an .avi movie of how this 5th axis design will work. Please see the

The pink square shape is the motor. The drill will attach to the
center shaft.

If anyone has any suggestions on what to modify and what I should
add, then please let me know. I don't want to start building the
thing if something will not work and want to iron out any problems.
