graphical problem

Hi,
I had one old V CNC Milling machines. and i alternated it and now it
is Vertical and Horizontal milling machine. I have installed CNC
setup and it is working absolutely fine. now the problem i am facing
is the software which i have attached for G coding is dos base and i
have write g-code by myself and then it works.

Now i need to know any good program which perform following functions

1. design
2. converting to g-code
3. sending instructions to machine
