I understand gear molds are cut using EDM . I am wondering if anyone has an
EDM and has experience cutting Internal gears. I would like to hire the
services of someone that has done this. I need to make two molds in aluminum
or steel for 64 pitch pinion and spur gears. Can someone describe the
process? Dan would I be able to do such with your wire EDM plans or kit?
