Terco 3 axis mill value?

Anyone know an approximate value for a Terco 3 axis mill? As far as
I know it works (per the school lab it came out of) It has the mill
control head/monitor (I haven't powered it up but it looks clean)

I picked it up on a whim - but the spouse wants it "used or gone"
and I don't have the expertise or time these days to put it to use.
