Tim,
Yes, I increased my decimal places to 4 , because of the arc problem that
we had earlier with EMC. On the pocketing, I would do the reverse
direction without cutter comping, until the clean-up pass (Vector will keep
the cutter away from the walls of the pocket by the amount that you
specify). Then switch it in to G42.
I admit that there's still a lot of fiddling around to do to make things
work well. If I understood more about the post processor, I would do
something about it. (or if there were more hours in the day)

Maybe we should send Fred a computer with EMC pre-loaded, so that he can
play with it. Fred do you have a spare pentium laying around?

I am using Vector at work on a Lagun mill with a Shadow controller. We use
this mill in our pattern shop and it gets quite varied work. I have used
Smartcam in the past and normally use Autocad for drawing, but lately have
really been using Vector more than anything. It's really been good.
