I haven't looked at the surplus sites for your specific items, but I
would bet that you are being way too particular and trying to find
the exacty specs outlined in your list.

This is not necessary.

You can use just about any rating for a bridge rectifier, as long as
the volts and amps are BIGGER than what you need. The price shouldn't
change very much for the higher-rated parts, either.

You can also parallel 2 (or more) capacitors of a smaller uF rating,
and just add the uF to get the 12000 y9u need. For instance, (3) 4000
uF caps in parallel will work exactly the same a s(1) 12000uF one.
And you can go to a higher voltage rating with no problem, although,
as some have already pointed out, if you go to something like a 250V
capacitor, the internal resistance wil be higher, and theoretically
it won't be as good.

But don't sweat the exact specs, and you should find the stuff w/ no
problem.
