ballscrew and connectors

Hello, newb here. got a quick question.

How does the a preloaded ballnut ( http://industrialhobbies.com/cgi-bin/merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=PBN&Category_Code=RBS ) connect to the carrage it is carrying it?

Also, what are on the other 2 ends of a ball screw? I know one is hooked up to a motor.. but how does it hook up to the motor ? and how does the ball screw hookup to the other side of the cnc?

thanks so much.. I have been looking at pics all night, I just don't know the name of the stuff and don't really understand how they work..
