The E-650 is a "motomatic", a motor-tachometer with the tach and
motor windings in the same slots. The motor is rated at 1/5 Hp,
2750 RPM, 80 Oz-In (I'm guessing this is contiuous) 106 V max,
and 1.9 A (again, I think that's continuous). The armature resistance
is 10.5 Ohms.
