BDI-Live_rc36 is 180Meg - It uses icewm as the window manager, as does rc23.
The extra size is due to tarballs of the kernel, rtai, and EMC sources.

There is a KDE based version in the pipeline and it currently stands at
472Meg in size. Still have some room left for a killer app or three, but a
release date hasn't been decided on yet.
