Interpolator Electronics

Hi I had the opportunity to strip out an Integraph drum scanner the
other day befor it was scapped and came away with a 48inch Dynamics
Research Corp glass encoder scale and an interpolator box (overall
resolution 0.5 micron).

Does anyone out there have any information on connecting and running
the interpolator box as theres no info on their web site.
