Sounds like the default scan rates are outside the supported range for your
monitor - From http://am.xs4all.nl/phpwiki/index.php/MorphixBootOptions try
adding the following to the boot command line (adjusting the values to suit
your screen)
xvrefresh=60
Set vertical refresh rate
xhrefresh=60
Set horizontal sync rate (not tested)
The warnings about files when one of the mini modues is a hangup from also
supporting icewm (in another version). It is safe to ignore them.
